There are two issues in the table.

1. The description says "Not all parameters in this class are supported by all backends." but the table says the otherwise; it seems to me that all parameters are supported "X" for both Open 62541 and UACpp plugin.
   
2. Using "X" is not clear what it means because what "X" means differ by regions and cultures. For example, in Japan, "X" usually means "not supported" and "O" means "supported." I think each cell in the table should either be "Supported" or "Not Supported."
