Validate QBSP for Boundary Devices Nitrogen 8M Plus SMARC.

Boundary Devices has made a QBSP for Nitrogen 8M Plus SMARC. They are also running QBSP test bench on that board. AS this is one of the first partners to create QBSPs this tike tracks validating that the 3rd party QBSP works as expected.
