Add a Coin run with enabled accessibility on macOS

      There have been quite a few crashes in the last few Qt versions that only trigger when run on a mac with accessibility enabled. It would be very helpful to have a Coin run (could even be weekly) to verify that we don't regress.

      This is especially important, because you cannot simply switch off the a11y support within Qt.
