wasm: API for loading local fonts

    Description

      Qt can already try to load local fonts, but it can only load fonts matching a hard coded list of family names in Qt sources. Maybe this functionality could be exposed to the application side also so that the application could ask for a list of local fonts and then to be able to load selected ones.
