QML Camera Example : filters doesn't work.

      Summary: The declarative Camera does not reflect filter feature on Android.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Build  and Run QML Camera Example example on any Desktop or mobile platform.
      2. try to change the filters.

      Expected Results: The Camera component should provide support for the filter feature, allowing users to apply filters.

      Actual Results: The filter feature is not present in the declarative Camera.

      Environment:

      • Android Version: 13
