Description
When creating a webengineview, setting it's page background to transparent, giving it a URL to load, and then immediately showing it, the page content will not show, and just a blank window background color will show.
If there is no user interaction with the window, it will remain blank, despite there being a page that was loaded. If the window is then resized or moved, the page content will show.
