Location ESRI plugin not working

    Description

      The Location ESRI plugin has stopped working. This appears to be due to the server returning:

      HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently

      New Location: https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/tile/9/171/253

      Request URI: http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/tile/9/171/253

      So it seems https should be used instead of http.

      What I don't understand is that in the source code, it looks like the URL is https.
