Primary selection no longer set when copying to clipboard

On Qt 6.6 and previous Qt releases, and google chrome, copying text to the clipboard also puts it into the X11 primary selection. On the 6.7 branch at the moment text is copied to the clipboard as normal but it isn't put in the primary selection.

The primary selection is still updated when highlighting text. It's just copying that doesn't update it. You can test this by right clicking on a link and using the "Copy link address" context menu item.

I'm on the 4154d8abfc299 from a month ago currently, so not the latest commit. But I looked through the log and didn't see anything relevant. I'll rebuild tomorrow anyway.
