      Hi,

      When I set

       headerPositioning: ListView.OverlayHeader

the ListView may block when I have reached its bottom and I try to drag from bottom to the top of my screen as can be seen in the picture ListViewDoesNotGoBackToTheBottomOfTheScreen.jpg.

The behavior is not observed all the time but frequently, especially when I do not release the drag in the screen, i.e.: I keep sliding and pressing with my finger until the top of the screen.

I observe this behavior when using a touch screen on a Raspberry Pi 4 but not on desktop with mouse inputs.
See example attached to reproduce the issue.
      Thank you.
