      https://github.com/mity/md4c/pull/193 added a feature to md4c to optionally treat all newline characters as hard breaks. So should we support that in Qt? Probably for the sake of symmetry, we should then add the feature to QTextMarkdownWriter too (write paragraphs without word-wrapping).
