QFileDialog crashes on macOS

    Description

      The generic QFileDialog immediately crashes when opened on macOS Sonoma 14.2.1.

      We've tested it with 6.6.1. 

      The bugfix in https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-121008 solves the issue and several other crashes with a similar callstack.

      This is currently not reproducible in Qt 6.6.2.

      I've attached a project you can use to reproduce the crash. Open the app, the crash happens after 1 second when it tries to open the dialog.

      Might require activating voice over or some other accessibility feature under macOS.
