[Reg 6.6.0(1) -> 6.6.2] Drag & Drop not working in Designer

Start the Designer application, create a widget from the wizard, try to drag and drop items from the widget box to the widget.

Expected: Items can be added to the form
Actual: No drag indicators or such appear, and nothing happens
