Description
Various functions take a QCalendar parameter with a default.
Since the type is not trivial, these should be handled by separate overloads with and without the parameter, even if the one without is just an out-of-line call to the one with, passing the default (Gregorian) calendar.
In particular, many of these APIs are changed at 6.7: these should be sorted out as part of the API change review.
