Implement support for "marker" in VectorImage

      Markers in SVG can be used to define shapes that are displayed either at the start/end of paths, and/or at the end of every internal path segment. Typically it is used to draw directed arrows for instance. This is supported by Qt SVG but does not work with VectorImage yet.
