Implement support for "symbol" in VectorImage

      Symbols are similar to defs and can probably be implemented in a similar way. The only difference is that symbols have a view box defining their coordinate system, so they can be templated outside of the main coordinate system, making them easier to reuse. Qt SVG already supports symbols, but this is not yet supported by VectorImage.
