Video playback with QtMultimedia stutters when using d3d11 backend, WindowsMediaFoundation, and having an animation on the scene.

Video playback with QtMultimedia stutters in the following configuration:

• QSG_RHI_BACKEND = d3d11.
• Using WindowsMediaFoundation.
• Having an animation on the scene.

To reproduce the issue, follow the steps bellow:

Manually delete the ffmpeg plugins from Qt installation folder ( in order to force the windowsmediafoundation plugin loading). The ffmpeg plugins are found in the following path C:\<Qt installation path>\<Qt affected version>\msvc2019_64\plugins\multimedia.

Run the example project attached to this bug report.

Click on the Main Window.
