wrong license filename in LICENSES folder ?

      There is a file ./qtgrpc/LICENSES/ named protobuf_LICENSE.txt
      Shouldn't this one be named "LicenseRef-protobuf" to be compliant with "reuse"? The name "protobuf_LICENSE" is not a valid SPDX identifier.
