Steps to reproduce:
- Open Qt Notifier example - https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtcore-platform-androidnotifier-example.html
- Lunch the app on an Android 13 device
- Click any icon to see the notification
Expected: The notification should appear in the notification bar and the badge should appear on the app's icon.
Actual: No badge and notification in the notification center. It's reproducible only with A13. It works well on A12.
Reproducibility: 100%
