Mac: Dockwidget is possible to move behind the Mac menu bar

It is possible to move a floating dockwidget behind the mac menu bar.

It is not possible to move the dock widget behind the mac menu bar if the dock widget is dragged into a floating state, then try to drag it by the title bar up to the mac menu bar. The dock widget will then stop at the mac menu bar.

If the dock widget is dragged from a docked state, into a floating state, while still holding the mouse button down it is possible to drag it behind the Mac menu bar.

This problem is inconvenient because after the dockwidget is realeased it is not possible to see the title bar of the dock widget, and move it with dragging the title bar.
