The app could not be initialized (the content does not load) if the app was left on permission prompt for a longer time on Android 13 device.

      Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 13.0

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open any project that requires permission (camera, audio recorder).
      2. Run it on a device with Android 13.
      3. When the permission prompt appears - leave the device for approx. 10 minutes (I wasn't able to define the time precisely, sometime it happens quicker, but after 10 minutes it happens almost with 100% repro ratio)
      4. Get back to the app and grant the permission.

       

      Expected: The content of the app is loaded as soon as the permissions are granted.

      Actual: The content of the app is not loaded.

      Reproducibility:  100%
