[DocumentViewer] Cannot deploy the application to Android device

MacOS 14.2.1

Qt Creator 12.0.1

Qt 6.7.0-beta1

Device: Samsung Galaxy S22 13.0, Pixel 3a 12.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the project in Qt Creator. 
2. Select Android kit 6.7.0 b1 and build the app.
3. Try to deploy the app to an Android device.

Expected: The app is deployed. 

Actual: The app is not deployed because of the issue with deployment settings, the error: 

Cannot read from input file: /Users/lukaszkosiorowski/Qt/Examples/Qt-6.7.0/demos/build-documentviewer-Android_Qt_6_7_0_android_arm64_v8a_Clang_arm64_v8a-Debug/app/android-Q3Dviewer-deployment-settings.json 

Reproducibility:  100% 

Note: The issue is not reproducible when I used the example from Qt 6.6.1.
