Clean up the extra parameters needed for compiling webkit on Symbian

      More specifically, the task consists of these things:

      1. The --rw-base parameter that is specified inside WebCore.pro is currently for abld and sbsv2 only. It should be shared between all build systems, including symbian/linux-armcc. This means that all build systems must have LFLAGS.ARMCC defined and it must be picked up by both. Then we can get rid of the --rw-base flag that is set in symbian/linux-armcc/qmake.conf.
      2. The ALWAYS_BUILD_AS_ARM flag, should rather be a CONFIG feature, ala no-thumb.prf, or something similar, and then that profile should do the appropriate tricks.
