QRestAccessManager - add convenient connectToHostEncrypted

Hi,

It would be nice to reimplement connectToHostEncrypted.

If possible with http2 by default.

So one could just write connectToHostEncrypted(host);

Instead of connectToHostEncrypted(host, 443, sslConfiguration);
