Description
Command line tools and the About Qt dialog typically contain a line like
Copyright (C) 2023 The Qt Company Ltd and other contributors.
Change it to just
Copyright (C) The Qt Company Ltd. and other contributors.
Reasoning: The notice is there only for informative purposes, and has no legal meaning beyond that. It is therefore safe to just remove the year, saving us from the hassle to bump it in various places every year.
