Broken links in Qt Reference Documentation front page

      • Getting Started (on the front page)
      • More... (in Global Declarations)
      • Qt Creator (on the front page, leads to Manual version 1.3)
      • Integration and add-ins (on the front page, leads to an alternative start page)

      Also, all the new stuff, such as Qt Simulator, is missing
