Comparison of supported codecs/formats ffmpeg vs native backends

We should create a table with a comparison of supported codecs/formats for different backends on Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS.

Format+codec is supported if a user may play/record matching media with out-of-the-box config.

Corner cases (with possible manual ffmpeg configuration) are to be documented.

The issue is to be split into subtasks.
