Implement the Fluent based Windows UI3 style with the Figma Quick Control Templates

• Study the Fluent Design System
• Implement the Fluent style with the Quick Figma Templates
• Look for improvements on the Figma Quick Style Templates

List of suggested improvements:

• Add a label component
• Look into wrappers for indicator and label to set more specific padding
• Add highlighted background/stroke colors to variables
• Look at how we might add the stroke to the combobox in fluent (this should not scale vertically when resized)
• Look into adding a label to the busyindicator.
