The manu button is not available in any widgets application on Android 12

Device: Google Pixel 3a 12.0 / emulator

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any project that uses menu bar, e.g.:https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qtwidgets-widgets-tablet-example.html 
2. Run the example on an Android 12 device or emulator.

Expected: The user can open the action menu. 

Actual: The menu button is missing. See the attached screenshots from A12 and A13.

Reproducibility:  100%

NOTE: The menu button is available on Android 9 and Android 13.
