Declarative Camera- Unable to Record Video in Video Mode on macOS

Description:-

When attempting to record video using the Declarative Camera application on macOS, the application fails to capture video footage.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build and Run QML Camera Example application on macOS.
2. Switch to the video recording mode.
3. Click "record".

Expected Behavior:- Declarative Camera application should successfully capture and save video footage as intended on macOS.

Actual Behavior: The Declarative Camera app is unable to record video. Despite initiating the recording process, no video footage is captured or saved by the application.
