Description
You've probably heard this before but I think the names of the Qt SDKS are pretty darn confusing. You have "Qt SDK" from qt.nokia.com for developing cross-platform Qt apps for desktops then you have the "Nokia Qt SDK" from forum.nokia for developing cross-platform Qt apps on mobile devices.
What confuses is that both SDKs are both by Nokia now so this "Qt SDK" vs "Nokia Qt SDK" is confusing. I see that in the last few days you have finally moved the download of the Nokia Qt SDK to the main download area on the qt.nokia.com. i.e.
- Qt SDK for Windows* (293 MB)
- Qt SDK for Linux/X11 32-bit** (371 MB)
- Qt SDK for Linux/X11 64-bit** (469 MB)
- Qt SDK for Mac (584 MB)
- Nokia Qt SDK 1.0 at forum.nokia.com
Unfortunately I still think it's confusing. Why not rename the "Nokia Qt SDK" to something like "Mobile Qt SDK" ?
Or you could change that list into two parts, one heading for mobiles and one for desktops etc.
Regards,
Mark
