translation heuristic confused by mnemonics

    Description

      The heuristic used to match tr-strings to entries in a translation file seems to be confused by mnemonic.

      E.g. assume you have tr("Save") and tr("Save As") and german translations "Save"->"Speichern" and "Save As" -> "Speichern unter".

      If you later add mnemonics, like tr("&Save") and tr("Save &As"), it uses the translations "&Save" -> "Speichern unter" and "&Save As" -> (unknown), which is obviously wrong and screws up all existing translations.

      It should just ignore single &s.
