Description
Executing the snippet from https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qml-qtqml-date.html#toLocaleTimeString-method doesn't output what's expected.
Here, the locale is specified as "de_DE" but the output is Tokyo, Japan. The project is attached to this ticket. (Built with Qt 6.6.0 MinGW)
