[Boot2Qt] The bluetooth is not available on RPi4

      Not sure if that's the bug, but it looks like the Bluetooth module is available while building the app. Reporting it as a bug anyway. 

      Linux Ubuntu 22.04

      Qt Creator 12.0.2

      Device: Raspberry Pi4 64 bit 

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Build and run any BT app on RPi device with BT support.

      Expected: The BT should work.

       ** Actual: The app says the BT is not turned ON. There was an error visible in the logs when the device was starting up showing "Failed to start Raspberry Pi bluetooth helper. "

      Reproducibility:  100% **
