Add more global macros for product names

The product name macros in qtbase/doc/global/macros.qdocconf can be used in all doc sets that include that file.

In addition, some module and tool doc projects add product name macros. For consistency, add these macros also to the global file.

The macros to add to qtbase/doc/global/macros.qdocconf ** are listed here in the QDoc Macro column, with (TBA): https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Terms_and_Concepts

The value of the macro should be the name from the Name column.

After you add the macros and their values, please also add them to the Product Names table in qttools/src/qdoc/qdoc/doc/qdoc-manual-macros.qdoc
