Build FFmpeg with zlib support on Windows

    Description

      We currently build FFmpeg without zlib support on Windows. This causes failure to play some videos, see QTBUG-103332.

      See Platform Specific Information (ffmpeg.org) for description on how to build FFmpeg with zlib support. Simply adding zlib-devel to msys2 provisioning and adding --enable-zlib on ffmpeg provisioning does not work.
