Building Linux/X11 with RedHat clone distributions fails due to missing packages

      The packages xcb-util-devel and xcb-util-keysyms-devel are included in the "CodeReady Linux Builder" repository, so they are not available unless this repository is made available.
      Since there are a large number of RedHat clones and the configuration method differs depending on the version, please add a comment of some note.
