API to listen to QQuickView status changes

      Add APIs, and possibly an interface, that gives the user the ability to listen to changes QQuickView::status().

      Why?

      Other APIs added by QTBUG-116952 can only be invoked after the QQuickView::status() is ready, because they all rely on a valid QML root object.
