[REG 6.5.3->6.5.4&5] Drag and drop on macOS not working (in Designer)

    Description

      Install Qt 6.5.5 or 6.5.4 macOS binaries on macOS (macOS13.5 x64 used in test) and launch Designer. Use any item on the left side list and use mouse to drag item to the canvas. Item is not 'picked' when mouse is clicked down.

      Works with 6.6.2 binaries. Edit: Didn't test older 6.5 version than the .4. Last working 6.5 was 6.5.3 (6.5.4 and 6.5.5 fails).
