Screen rotation does not work in VNC Multi Display Configuration

      Running the demos with rotated LinuxFB (in this case +90 degrees) in a Multi Display configuration with VNC enabled does corrupt the VNC client screen output.

      The resulting effects are:
      a) the VNC client only displays the unrotated screen without transformation
      b) the VNC screen is corrupted as the VNC client window size does not match the LinuxFB data format

      Reproduced on Qt 4.5.1
