Update tinyexr for Qt 6.7.0

      We need to make sure all security critical 3rd party modules are the latest one before we can release.
      It seems that tinyexr needs an update; we are using v1.0.7 but 1.0.8 is already available in https://github.com/syoyo/tinyexr/releases and tinyexr is marked as security critical one.
