    Description

      Qt Multimedia tests should be run on all CI platforms whether or not the env var FFMPEG_DIR is set. See run_ffmpeg_backend_tests.yaml

      In order to turn on it on any Windows, we need to fix this https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-122745.

      On the first step, it might be enough to turn it on on any x86_64 Windows.
