Evaluate cloud host for NG Qt evaluation

Being able to start a cloud host instance in a server either in AWS or in an internal IT server is one key new capability for NG Qt evaluation. This ticket tracks evaluating the technical aspects of:
-scaling a single server to support many evaluating persons either using containers or e.g. VDI or VMs
-utilising Qt online installer on user's behalf for preparing the cloud host
