GStreamer: Qt Camera in stops after switching VideoOutput

    Description

      When toggling the VideoOutput, the video will stop after a few times. possibly a timing issue, reproduced after a few times (debug builds, address sanitizer).

      GStreamer hangs inside videoQueue: the "task is going to paused", but it's not going back to resume.
