Applying stylesheet resets column and row size configurations on Qt 6.5.4

      Qt user reported that setting style sheet to a QTableView resets the column and row size configurations on Qt 6.5.4.

      Qt Support tested this with the attached example and had same results.

      With Qt 5.15.16 and Qt 6.5.3 the size is settings are not affected but with Qt 6.5.4 it does reset.
