On MacOS, in a sample app (see attached adjusted "menus" example project), if you make the main window full screen, and then have enough actions in the context menu that the topmost item extends into the MacOS menu bar, the topmost action ("Edit", in this case) does not fire.
This works fine in 6.2.4, so is an apparently regression.
