Dragged QMainWindow moves behind floating dock widget children

      To reproduce, run any application with dock widgets.
      Unplug a dock widget from the main dock.
      Drag the main window at it's title bar and hover it over the dock widget.

      Expected behavior:
      Main window stays on top of the Z-order.

      Actual behavior:
      Main window slides behind the dock widget.

      Regression since 6.5, no workaround.
