Make \generatelist work for the generation of a QHP TOC file

      Currently, using \generatelist in the list that is used as a value of the qhp.<projects>.subprojects.manual.indexTitle option in the .qdocconf file breaks the QHP TOC when viewed in the Help mode in Qt Creator.

      As the Qt Creator Manual (since 12.0) is partly organized using \ingroup and \generatelist commands, it would save a lot of work from the writers if this would work.
