ListView delegated Component{} sees outside variables after setting contentY?

Hello,

so I have a properties outside of ListView{}, inside delegated Component{} in that ListView{} i can read/write to them just fine, but once I call ListView.contentY (to place myself on top of ListView) then im getting errors that variables are not defined or invalid write to global property...

Minimal example attached... so if you uncomment (or put it bellow API.feed() line - so when outside variables are already read) then you will have your error... however keeping this contentY line uncommented where it is, you will have the error
