Expand decoration lost after collapsing a branch in tree views

      When in a tree view a branch is expanded and collapsed again by clicking on the expand/collapse decoration, the decoration is no longer displayed.
      Clicking on the place where the decoration ought to be still allows expanding and collapsing.
      This was tested an several Windows 7 installations.
