Using Qt 4.7 beta 2 from Kubuntu loading a text file or webpage in GBK encoding is broken.

For examples?wd=%D0%C2+%CE%C5 shows nonsense characters in Konqueror. If I change the encoding to GB18030 it shows correctly. Change back to GBK and it's broken.

http://www.baidu.com/ works correctly, loading that page it is set to GB2818 in HTML headers and shows correctly.

Similarly in Kate text files in chinese load correctly when opening in GB18030 but with nonsense characters when loading in GBK.
